Dear sellers/Amazon

I am reaching out regarding an issue with shipments made through a shipping company that does not appear in the list of available carriers when selecting a shipping method on Amazon. Although this courier is not listed in your system, we always provide our customers with a tracking number along with a direct link to the website where they can track the status of their package.

Unfortunately, despite providing all the necessary shipping details, including the tracking number and tracking website link, we are receiving A-to-Z Guarantee claims stating that the lack of a carrier name or tracking information on the tracking page is the reason for refunding the customer.

For example, the order number is: 407-3406847-2825115

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so that we can continue processing shipments through this shipping company without the risk of a refund being issued. Perhaps it is necessary to add this shipping company to the list of available carriers, or find another way to properly acknowledge this shipping method.
