Im brand owner and only Im selling my brand items. Belgium amazon system has been added big part of my items to retail listings. And because of this I can not add my items to my listing. This is not ok for me, Im selling clothes. Right now some sizes are at my listing, some sizes at retail, and clients do not see all variations.

I had similar situation at all other marketplaces and support was disconnecting my items. Unfortunately seller do not have option to disconnect its items from retail.

Belgium support do not want to do this task, maybe they do not know how to do it or what. But the situation is that Im seller right now can not sell items here, for me this is not oj that some part are at mine listing some at retail. This is not logical and Im only spending money.

Guide me please what to do, to whom to write to get my items off from retail listing???

I am trying to list my handmade products on MP-es , including BE, which do not have Handmade category.

Last year AMAZON had a project to support handmade sellers to list their products on non HAND MADE category as well. Now, I have some products listed this way that are on HAND MADE category in DE and FBA. Of course, I want to sell these products in BE fulfilled by FBA DE. These products were mostly migrated automatically.

I also want to list the remaining products on BE.

It always shows category conflict despite being exempted from product ID.

I turned to seller support on the 18th of April.

As usual, they response like robots, with useless instructions, they confirm the errors I am facing, which I already know of, they do not read my attachments etc. This is a nightmare as I was talking to the wall.

They just repeat something, sometimes duplicated, sometimes useless and nonsensical etc.

Last time they suggested to change my category from HANDMADE to the appropriate on BE existing category.

Absolutely non sense.

Why was the project there, and how could other products be listed in different categories?

I have enough.

I give it up. AMAZON is not able to help me with listing. Fine.
