Estoy teniendo un problema al crear una familia de listines, sé que hoy hay una incidencia general en el sistema de Amazon, pero creo que esto no esta relacionado.

Intento crear una familia de listines de Albornoz para Adultos Unisex, como no existe este Nodo en Amazon (solo deja albornoz de hombre o de mujer, pero no existe unisex), lo estoy metiendo en nodo de Toallas de Baño.

Despues de rellenar todos los datos de variantes y información, el sistema no me deja guardar porque me obliga a cambiar el nodo al que el sistema sugiere, pero que no encaja con nuestro producto, ya lo he intentado 3 veces y no hay manera.

Adjunto pantallazo del error, que podemos hacer con esto?

We need help to escalate ticket ID 11524114152.

Two of our items have had bad actors add sexual terms to our items. They have done so in 20+ fields. The USA team is unable to clean up the contributions in Belgium and Ireland. The issue is that I don't know the fields because it doesn't show me in Seller Central because it's for another category than the item is in.

Can someone help me get this resolved? If someone just looks at the items they'll see many fields where they add in adult terms to the backend. I need to get all those contributions removed.

Hello everyone,

We’ve been experiencing a very strange Buy Box issue that’s severely affecting our sales performance and stability.

This is not about one or two ASINs, it affects our entire inventory at the same time.

Here’s what happens:

The Buy Box rate is around 80–90%, and then suddenly drops to 0% across one or more marketplaces (for example, Germany and Belgium).

At the same time, the Buy Box appears again on other marketplaces (for example, Spain or the Netherlands).

After a few days, it switches again — the countries with Buy Box lose it, and others regain it.

It’s like the Buy Box is “rotating” between marketplaces in a cycle.

We already checked all normal factors:

✅ Lowest price on most listings

✅ Fast and on-time shipping

✅ No policy violations or negative feedback

✅ No FBA competitors

It doesn’t seem related to performance or price.

We reported this issue before, and it was eventually confirmed to be a system-level error — the Buy Box was restored after Amazon reviewed it.

But now, the exact same pattern is happening again.

This problem breaks our sales consistency and planning. We would really appreciate hearing from anyone who faced something similar or has insights into what’s happening behind the scenes.

Bonjour à tous je voudrais savoir si pour une autorisation de vente il est préférable d’avoir une facture par produit ou une facture contenant différents produits ne pose pas de problème merci pour la réponse
