The seller support doesn't answer in the cases what I needed. The answers are always off-topic, so I must to create topic here.
- The pick-up option for Saturdays CANNOT be switch-off on Belgium marketplace. Each other country marketplace (Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands) has the option to switch-off the Saturday as pick-up day, but no Belgium! Our metric "Late Dispatch Rate" comes completely wrong about this issue and we cannot get Featured Offer Now! See the screenshot.
2. Christmas Days on Belgium marketplace are set two times as 25 December and cannot be set 26 December as vacation day. It's also completely wrong.
Please, Amazon, remove fix these bugs AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
