Business name change

I have been trying to activate my account for a while now. I think I found the problem. In the Business Information section, I wrote the name that I thought customers would see in the Business Name field, but since I have a Natural person company, I had to write my own name and surname. So now I cannot change the Business Name myself, but I have tried to reach Amazon Seller Support many times but I have not been able to do so. Any advice?
