The images on my products changes
Hi all,I have 2 items under a listing form a seller and all the times when he doesn’t have any items,he change the image of the product till he has some on his inventory then it changed back,my main concern is that I don’t recive a notification that the image is change,and also I don’t understand how amazon accepts the image even if they are listing under that ASIN and the listing is active.
I rise my concern with amazon and they say the creator is the only one that can take action on the listing but this should not be OK,because this it my be doing with the intention to harm my account, also to mention that the creof the listing doesn’t have items active for the image.

I’ve had it done to me a few times.
Just recently there someone changed the photo of some wrapping paper to a similar theme but completely different wrapping paper. its possible that the EAN matches (sadly greeting card companies are notorious for reusing EAN’s) but me and the other 3 sellers are now locked out of that listing, that has been around for over a year now and was quite a good seller. I only noticed when a customer complained I’d sent the wrong paper.
Luckily I had none in FBA at the time (though was just preparing to send a load), I really wish someone at Amazon with an actual heartbeat had to oversea any major changes to a product (like the entire range of photos, or more than so many words in the bullets/description) to make sure things like this don’t happen
Its not good for customers, sellers, or amazons reputation when listings suddenly change into something entirely different and has happened me on at least 4 products now. 1 I was able to get changed back because it was my own branded product, but even then I had to jump through hoops to do it.

Does your product have the same EAN number and Brand as the one you are listing on ?

Your saying that someone is changing the image, listing, selling and then changing the image back?
Why on earth would they then change the image back? It doesn’t make any sense.
It does however sound like you have listed on an incorrect listing.
