It doesn’t matter where you sell, you need to be a business!
So you do that. ie. you become a business.
You have to register a business in order to sell on Amazon.
A UK limited company may well be the most obvious answer as you are an overseas seller…but you really need to understand what this involves and your responsibilities. You will need someone to manage your accounts, your Company House filing and tax filing.
It maybe possible to set up your own company in your country and use that. You would need advice on that again.
I would take a step back and do some research into what is needed. Don’t just jump straight into opening a UK limited company without looking into what is required.
Read the post from @Smiley_Guy above.
You need to understand what your actually doing, BEFORE you do it!
That’s where you need to do your research. Some sellers do have companies based outside of the UK and Amazon allow this.
I can’t comment on your exact situation, nor can I comment on whether Amazon allow you to have a company based in Pakistan selling on Amazon UK.
If you want to set up a company in the UK then Amazon do allow this but you have to understand so much especially VAT rules if you are storing your stock in Amazon Fulfilment Centres.
You asked what you actually wanted to do
As I told you earlier I was only working on the USA marketplace but by mistake I registered a global Now I want to keep all accounts active so that my USA account doesn’t become inactive again
Now I want to close all accounts in Europe but as the (the little shop) said you can’t do that
If I can’t close accounts located in Europe, I have to keep all these accounts active
So if you don’t want to sell in the UK then you shouldn’t be registering a business in the UK. It will give you too many problems for something you don’t use.
It sounds a mess but I think you need to go back to the USA marketplace and get registered on there correctly and then look at what you need to do with the other marketplace’s. I am not sure if it as simple as just putting them on Holiday Mode if you don’t need to use them.
I don’t believe you can as stated above by @The_Little_Shop
If your intention is to just sell on Amazon US then you need to look at what to do register your account there. It may well be that once you have set up your account there that the UK account will just be activated with those details.
I still think you need to be registered as a business to sell on Amazon US so you need to look at what is required to make that happen.
Anyway not sure there is much more I can offer you on this now.
The only way you can sell on a marketplace and not be a business, is if you are an individual. Selling off your own personal goods and only, on the country of your location.
So if the UK account is suspended, then the USA account will be suspended, for exactly the same reason.
@Usf_clothing Regardless of the marketplace you want to sell on, you need to be a business.
That doesn’t mean that you need to be a company, as you can register as self employed, or whatever the equivalent is in your own country.
Until you sort that out, you won’t be able to sell anything, anywhere on Amazon.
And you shouldn’t be selling anywhere else.
